Infor SyteLine, read from its own database.

totalMOS connects to SyteLine’s SQL Server database with a read-only login and takes what the plant floor needs: items with their shelf life and formulas, machines, and jobs.

Book a demo
The iPad, the browser, the totalMOS server with your module and your ERP all sit inside the plant network, and totalMOS syncs with the ERP.

From a SyteLine job to a signed batch order

Find the job
A batcher types part of a job number or an item, and the matching jobs come back from SyteLine, newest first.
One draft per job
Picking a job creates a draft batch order with a line per suffix, each with its product and quantity.
Today’s formula
The job’s products and formulas are read again from SyteLine when the batch order is started or refreshed.
Signed, then locked
Two people sign the batch order before anything is weighed, and nobody can change it once it is approved.

Sync with SyteLine

Products, formulas and machines come in when an admin presses Sync with SyteLine on Products or Machines, in the web app or on the iPad. Machines come in active while the licence has lines free.

Set up with your SyteLine team

The mapping is written for your SyteLine, with your own tables and custom fields, and stored on your server. Before the first sync, a check tests the login, every mapped column and the login’s permissions.

Writing back to SyteLine

Out of the box the connection only reads. When you want completed jobs or the material consumed to go back to SyteLine, we build the write-back for your project.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with SyteLine in Infor’s cloud?

The connector reads a SyteLine database on SQL Server that your server can reach. If your SyteLine runs in Infor CloudSuite, tell us how you reach your data and we will connect it.

Does it change anything in SyteLine?

No. The login has read permission only, and every sync checks that before it reads. Write-back is built only when you ask for it.
